Bangladesh Civil Aviation Authority (BABICHAK) Chairman Air Vice Marshal Md. Mustafa Mahmood Siddique visited Haj Camp and Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.  

While visiting the Hajj camp on Sunday (April 12), he inquired about the overall preparation of the passengers, the quality of service and the progress of related activities by talking to the staff working at the counter. 

At this time, he gave necessary instructions to all concerned organizations to ensure the benefits of Hajj pilgrims. In particular, Yatriseva provides guidance on improving quality and making processes faster and easier. 

During this time he discussed with the concerned officials and provided necessary guidance on the existing service quality, possible challenges and immediate solvable issues. Emphasized on improving quality of service, time management and strengthening inter-agency coordination to ensure smooth journey of Haj pilgrims in particular; So that the journey of pilgrims is more orderly and peaceful. 

After the visit, the chairman expressed hope that this year’s Hajj activities will be completed smoothly and smoothly with the combined efforts of all concerned.
