The rain that started under the influence of thunderclouds is happening in different parts of the country. In the last 24 hours, the highest rainfall has occurred at Nikli in Kishoreganj, 161 mm. This is the highest rainfall in the last 24 hours, according to sources of the Meteorological Department. The amount of rain in Bhola district was 151 mm. And Feni received 148 mm of rain. Rain more than 88 mm is considered very heavy rain.
Muhammad Abul Kalam Mallick, meteorologist of the Directorate of Meteorology told Prothom Alo, heavy to very heavy rain has started somewhere in the country. This rain will not be continuous or simultaneous in all places. Clouds have already cleared slightly in Bhola and Khulna regions. The capital may experience rain and cloudy skies throughout the day. As the day progresses, the clouds will clear, but there is little chance of a completely sunny sky. The rain may reduce a bit in the afternoon.
