Firefighters extinguish blaze at Gazipur jute warehouses after four-hour operation

A massive fire that broke out at a jute warehouse complex in the Deuliabari area of Gazipur Metropolitan’s Konabari district was brought under control after a four-and-a-quarter-hour operation on Thursday.

The blaze originated at approximately 5:30 a.m. at a warehouse owned by Bachchu Mia. Due to the proximity of several other jute storage facilities in the vicinity, the fire spread rapidly to neighboring structures.
