27 children admitted with measles and symptoms in Bogra

Four children infected with measles in Bogra and 23 other children with the same symptoms have been admitted to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College (SHJMEC) Hospital.
According to hospital sources, 27 children were admitted on Saturday morning. Four of them have been diagnosed with measles. Five new children have been admitted in the last 24 hours. 13 of these patients have taken leave. 14 people are under treatment.

Dr. Bogra civil surgeon. Khurshid Alam said that there is no measles patient in 11 upazila health complexes of the district except Shajimek Hospital. Vaccination program has not started here as it is not Bogra Road zone. About 300,000 new and old vaccines are in stock.
