Indian cricket icon Virat Kohli and Bollywood star Anushka Sharma have expanded their real estate portfolio with the acquisition of a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Versova neighborhood. The property, valued at approximately 182.9 million rupees, spans 2,644 square feet and includes an additional 316 square feet of utility space, along with dedicated parking for three vehicles.
The couple, who have become prominent figures in the luxury real estate market, already hold significant assets across India. Their diverse property holdings include a lavish 10,000-square-foot residence in Gurugram’s DLF Phase-1, an estate valued at roughly 800 million rupees that features a private swimming pool and a state-of-the-art gymnasium.
Beyond their urban residences, the duo has made substantial investments in Alibaug. In early 2022, they purchased an eight-acre plot for 190 million rupees, subsequently developing a high-end villa equipped with a temperature-controlled pool, landscaped gardens, and extensive staff accommodations. This was followed by the acquisition of a five-acre parcel near the coastal Awas beach in January 2026, a transaction valued at nearly 378.6 million rupees.
These latest investments underscore a long-standing commitment to property acquisition, which has remained a focal point of the couple’s financial planning. The purchase marks a continuation of their strategy to build a expansive collection of premium assets, even as they navigate the complexities of the high-end property market, such as their well-documented withdrawal from a 340-million-rupee luxury apartment purchase in Mumbai’s Worli district in 2016.
