Ritesh said, ‘Raja Shivaji’ is not just a movie for him, but a dream project. He himself directed and scripted the life story of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on screen. At one stage of the speech, he broke down emotionally while remembering his late father Vilasrao Deshmukh.
