Bollywood star Rani Mukerji, celebrated for her prolific acting career and high-profile marriage to filmmaker Aditya Chopra, once revealed a startling chapter from her origin story that nearly redirected her life before it began. Born in 1978 to film director Ram Mukerji and his wife, Krishna, the actress has long been a subject of public fascination. According to Mukerji, the mix-up occurred at the hospital, where a nurse inadvertently placed her in the care of a Punjabi family while another infant was brought to her mother.
