Actress Banya Mirza lost her father

Playwright Masum Reza confirmed the news to the media. He said that he (Mirza Farooq) breathed his last at his home in the capital. However, the family has not yet informed when and where he will be buried. 

According to family sources, Mirza Farooq was a valiant freedom fighter and retired Director of Family Planning Department. His death has left the family in mourning. Colleagues and relatives are praying for the forgiveness of his departed soul. 

Banya Mirza once gained huge popularity among the audience by acting on the small screen. The actress came into the discussion with several popular serials and one-act plays including ‘Ranger Manhoo’ and ‘Bhaber Hat’ which were aired on TV. He also acted in several movies.
