Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has officially dismissed persistent speculation regarding his potential involvement in the next installment of the high-octane “Dhoom” film franchise. Addressing the rumors directly, the star confirmed he is not currently attached to any projects within the series, effectively putting an end to weeks of widespread industry conjecture.

Kapoor is instead focusing his professional efforts on two major upcoming ventures. During a recent appearance at the San Diego Comic-Con alongside director Nitesh Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra, the actor offered insights into his highly anticipated portrayal of Lord Rama in “Ramayana: Part One.” The film, which also stars Sai Pallavi and Southern cinema icon Yash, is currently slated for a November theatrical release.

In addition to “Ramayana,” Kapoor is heavily invested in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Love & War.” The project, which features co-stars Vicky Kaushal and Alia Bhatt, has been locked for a January 24 release next year. Despite ongoing public interest regarding a sequel to his previous commercial hit “Animal,” titled “Animal Park,” the actor did not share any further developments regarding that project during his recent promotional appearances.

For now, Kapoor indicated that his career trajectory is firmly anchored to these two upcoming titles, maintaining that any reports linking him to the “Dhoom” franchise remain entirely unfounded.
