The series followed Hogan’s journey from his childhood as a masked young wrestler called the ‘Super Destroyer’ to his thrilling journey to becoming a WWE Hall of Famer. But this is not only a story of his success, but also a document of his extreme moral lapse.

Despite denying steroid use on national television for decades, he is heard saying in the series, “Of course I lied.” It was a mistake I never want to make again.’

The docu-series explores his bitter divorce from ex-wife Linda and a period of extreme mental turmoil during which he even contemplated suicide. In addition, the content of his famous legal battle against the Gawker site has also gained importance.

Although the court ordered him to pay $140 million in damages in that case, the victory was temporary. Because some of his racist comments leaked by sources in the case caused a major blow to Hogan’s professional career and forced him out of WWE.

He explained his dramatic performance in support of Donald Trump at the 2024 Republican National Convention and his loyalty to Trump in his own way.

While fellow wrestlers Bret Hart and Jesse Ventura paid tribute to him after his departure, Hogan’s own voice echoed the biggest truth of his life, ‘Terry Bollia was not the best man in the world. Though my character was perfect, I was imperfect as a person.’
