The price of the cow has gone up to Tk 1 lakh, but he is expecting Tk 20,000 more. He said, “I came to the market and realized that the demand for small and medium cows is high. Some are alone, some are buying these cows together with two or three people.
Talking to the buyers and sellers, it is known that the demand for cows from Tk 80,000 to Tk 1,20,000 is relatively high in the Qorbani market. Especially the sale of cows weighing three to four and a half maunds is increasing. Sagar Hossain, a buyer who came to the market, said that he is planning to buy a cow between Tk 80,000 and Tk 90,000.
