The popular song ‘Bajere Baje Dhol ar Dhak 2.0’ has been re-released on the occasion of Pahela Boishakh, the festival of Bengali life. The song released on their YouTube channel under the banner of Gunchil Music on Sunday (April 12) has already spread the festive mood among the audience.
This new version song is sung by – Shaukat Ali Imon, Jhelik, Luipa, Atiya Anisa and Karnia. The song has added a new dimension to the modern music arrangement and festive presentation. Since its release, the music video has received a massive response on social media.
The original song ‘Baje Re Baje Dhol Aar Dhak’ sung by singer Sonia from the Close-Up One competition about 18 years ago became very popular at that time.
Regarding the new version, composer and music director Shaukat Ali Imon said that the popularity of the song has increased with time. Audiences at home and abroad love it. An attempt has been made to liven up the song with new arrangements.
Lyrics written by Kabir Bakul. Chandan Roy Chowdhury directed this music video based on the atmosphere of Baisakh. With new voice and modern presentation, the song has created a special attraction for the young generation as well.
