After continuous rains, there is so much pollution in the air of Dhaka, what to do for protection

It has been raining intermittently in the capital since last Sunday. It was raining yesterday and Saturday. According to the information of the Meteorological Department, 28 millimeters of rain has fallen in the capital. When all efforts to reduce Dhaka’s air pollution fail, this rain is the hope. But despite that rain, the pollution is not reducing this May.
This Sunday morning, Dhaka’s position is third among 124 cities in the world. Dhaka’s air quality is 155 at IQAir at this time. This was the wind condition at 8:30 in the morning. This quality of air is called ‘unhealthy’.
This situation of air pollution has been highlighted by IQAir, a Switzerland-based company. The organization regularly highlights the state of air pollution. This live or instant indicator of air quality informs and alerts people about how clean or polluted the air is in a particular city. IQAir has given several suggestions to avoid this air pollution today.
It rained a lot last Sunday. Rain started from Tuesday night with a little break for two days. 65 mm of rain fell in the capital that day. If the amount of rain is more than 44 mm it is called heavy rain. Still the wind is not returning. Dhaka’s air quality has been improving since April. If it rains during this time, the air quality will improve quickly. April passed and May came, then so much rain. But air quality isn’t improving that much.
Lahore, Pakistan is at the top of air pollution today. The air quality of this city is 899. In second place is Jakarta, Indonesia, with a score of 172.
North Badda’s Abdullah Bagh is at the top in air pollution today. The air quality in this area is 202. If the air quality is more than 200, it is called ‘very unhealthy’. Then in the pollution list are Old Dhaka’s Becharam Deuri (193), Dhanmondi (184), Gulshan’s Beige Age Water (160), Dakshin Pallabi (156), Grace International School (153) and Gulshan Lake Park (151).
According to IQAir’s advice, with the air quality in Dhaka today, you must wear a mask if you go out. It is advised not to exercise outside the house. And the windows of the house should be kept closed as much as possible.
