The tree feller got up to cut branches and lost consciousness in the plum tree, what happened next

A laborer named Hazrat Ali (65) passed out while cutting the branches of his tree in Jamalpur’s Melandah Upazila. Later the fire service members rescued him and sent him to the hospital. This incident took place in Bir Ali Hatija village of the upazila on Saturday morning.

Hazrat Ali Bir is a resident of Hatija area and a woodcutter by profession. He is currently in good health with primary treatment in the hospital.

According to fire service and local sources, this morning, Hazrat Ali was cutting branches from a plum tree in the courtyard of his house. At one point, he suddenly lost consciousness while sitting between two branches. Some locals saw the matter and tried to bring him down. Later failed and informed the fire service.

On receiving the information, a team of fire service quickly reached the spot and started the rescue operation. Hazrat Ali was safely brought down from the high tree after about an hour of effort. Later he was sent to Islampur Upazila Health Complex.

Confirming the matter, Islampur Fire Service Station Officer Mazharul Islam said that as soon as the news was received, a rescue operation was carried out. He is currently healthy after treatment.
