Government Announces Key Secretary-Level Reshuffle Across Agricultural and Presidential Offices

The government has implemented a series of high-level administrative reshuffles involving the Ministry of Agriculture and the Public Division of the President’s Office.
Rafiqul I Mohammad, who previously served as the Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture on a contractual basis, has been transferred to the Public Division of the President’s Office, where he will continue his service as a secretary under the same contractual terms.
In a concurrent move, Md. Selim Khan, the former Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, has been promoted to the rank of Secretary and appointed to lead the Ministry of Agriculture.
Separately, the Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification announcing that Khan Md. Nurul Amin, the former Secretary of the Public Division of the President’s Office, has been attached to the Ministry of Public Administration.
These administrative decisions were formalized through separate notifications issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on Monday.
