Bangladesh appoints new secretaries for Anti-Corruption Commission and Public Service Commission

The Ministry of Public Administration announced a significant reshuffle of senior bureaucratic positions on Wednesday, naming Mohammad Saidur Rahman Khan as the new secretary of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). Khan, who previously served as the secretary of the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, succeeds Mohammad Khaled Rahim in the role.
In a separate administrative move issued by the same ministry, Md. Fazlur Rahman has been appointed as the secretary of the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC). Rahman, formerly the chairman of the Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation, earned the appointment following his promotion to the rank of secretary.
