Police rescued a class 10 student from the house of an alleged actress in Badda area of ​​the capital on Friday (May 15) a day after he was abducted in Debiganj town of Panchagarh. 

It is known that 4-5 more unidentified people have been accused in the case. On Thursday (May 14), the officer-in-charge (OC) of Debiganj police station Salim Malik confirmed the case. 

According to family sources, on Thursday (May 14), the student left home to go to school like every day. However, the family members contacted the school authorities as they did not return home even after the school holidays. Later they came to know that the student was not present in the school that day. 

As he did not return home till evening, the family members started searching in different places. After searching for a long time, the student’s father made a general diary at Debiganj police station without finding any trace. 

On the evening of the incident, the student’s father received a call from an unknown number on his mobile. It is said from the other side, Uncle your daughter has come to me. I married him. The number has since been found to be closed.

Based on the written complaint, the police identified a person named Akash in Truecaller from the mobile number. Later, the name of Abbas Ali alias Akash (35) was found by verifying the information of the national identity card. His father’s name is late Jahangir Hossain. The permanent address is said to be Dharmapur Hajihat area of ​​Sadar Upazila of Noakhali and present address is Badda in capital Dhaka.

Later, the Debiganj police station rescued the student from the house of a woman named Sultana Rose Nipa from the DIT project area of ​​Badda police station in Dhaka. Later, based on the statement of the student, it was decided to file a case in the case of abduction. It is known that Sultana Rose Nipa is known as an actress in Dhaka. 

In the statement of the case, it is mentioned that the accused Akash was working as a manager in the Rented Vecu Machine Company in Debiganj and lived in a rented house in Collegepara. At that time, he passed the student’s house on his way to school and proposed to the student. As the student did not agree to the proposal, the abduction was planned with the help of some locals.
