Earlier, recalling that time, Shimla said—I became a heroine after watching ‘Qayamat to Qayamat’. After watching the movie, I would stand in front of the mirror and copy the dialogues. I said to my mother – I will be a heroine. Mother thought – I think I have gone crazy. He thought my head was not right. Study went to Golla. Somehow I passed SSC and got admission in Inter. He did not study after that because of his addiction to cinema.

Acting in the lead role in the movie ‘Madam Phuli’, the National Film Award-winning career was followed by one film after another. And that is how the family barrier is cut. After that, ‘Madame Phuli’ strengthened its place in Dhaliwood with several movies including ‘Pagla Jhanta’, ‘Veja Paral’. Shimla acted in 35 movies in a short time. Later, from 2015 onwards, he became irregular in movies.

Blaming fate on the number of films, the actress said, “During my time, directors were more busy with other heroines.” Maybe they didn’t have time to think about me. So much work that should have been done, was not done.

However, Shimla said that he did not think much about his career. He said, never wanted to go to the top. Just wanted to work regularly. Apart from that, another reason for less work was that he often did not get the roles he wanted. He is not upset at all.

I am better known by the audience as ‘Madame Fuli’. Shimla said that being able to live in the hearts of the audience as a character is a great achievement of an artist.

I will vote for whoever I want.
