After a user named Khanna on X (formerly Twitter) shared the details of the incident, a heated debate started, where the names of two Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone were also involved. 

It is known that a lawyer from Rajasthan named Kirti Singh bought a Hyundai Alcazar SUV for around 24 lakh rupees. However, ever since he bought the car, he faced several serious mechanical problems, which severely affected the car’s performance. 

Allegedly, the vehicle was experiencing engine vibration, power loss while accelerating and overtaking. According to lawyer Kirti Singh, these defects were creating a major safety hazard in driving. He complained to the company several times in writing but did not get any satisfactory solution.

He finally took legal action against the Hyundai company without seeing any other option. But another aspect of the case caught the attention of social media users. Lawyer Kirti Singh has also included two Bollywood megastars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, who have been roped in as Hyundai’s brand ambassadors, as defendants in the case.

A netizen commented, “It’s good to hear the idea of ​​suing the brand ambassador, but there is considerable doubt whether the court will accept this case against the stars at all.” 

Another person joked, ‘Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone will end up in a legal battle after buying a car – that’s not something that’s written in a car’s user manual anymore!’ 

A third user supported the lawyer’s strategy by citing a Hindi proverb, writing, ‘Maybe after this Hyundai gave the right answer to Kirti Singh. Sometimes if the ghee does not rise on a straight finger, the finger has to be bent. 

But not everyone accepts these allegations as true. Expressing doubts, a user wrote in a strong language, ‘engine vibration and power loss during acceleration? What nonsense! Making them is a problem. When these lawyers have nothing to do, they drag people to court for no reason to promote themselves.
