Following the discovery, the actor filed a formal general diary (GD) at the Faridpur Kotwali Police Station on Tuesday morning. He subsequently addressed the media at the Faridpur Press Club, expressing deep concern over the incident. He alleged that recent criminal activity in the area has surged, creating an environment of insecurity for local residents who previously lived without such fears.

Mahamudul Hasan, the officer-in-charge (OC) of Faridpur Kotwali Police Station, confirmed that authorities have launched an investigation into the matter. He stated that police are currently working to identify and apprehend those responsible for the theft.
