Hearing of defamation case against former army officer Hasinur on June 24

Former army officer. Hasinur Rahman’s sister, lawyer Nazneen Nahar, has filed a defamation case at the International Criminal Tribunal. The hearing of the case was held today Thursday at the International Criminal Tribunal-1. After the hearing, the court fixed the next day on June 24.
Ziaul Ahsan is currently on trial in the tribunal for multiple cases of crimes against humanity for alleged involvement in disappearances and extrajudicial killings.
In the RG of the case, Nazneen Nahar complained that Hasinur Rahman attacked her with indecent language one day in the tribunal premises. Apart from this, she also mentioned in the complaint that Hasinur had threatened to harm her child on another day.
However, during the hearing, Hasinur Rahman claimed in the tribunal that these allegations brought against him are baseless. The court after hearing the arguments of both sides fixed the date of June 24 for the next hearing.
