Each upazila will have a separate examination center: Minister of Education

Education Minister ANM Ehchanul Haque Milon said that a separate examination center will be set up in each upazila of the country to take the examination. He said that the project has been accepted.
On the first day of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) conference at the capital’s Osmani Smriti Auditorium, the education minister said these things in response to questions from reporters after a discussion on the education ministry on Sunday. Prime Minister’s Education and Primary and Mass Education Adviser Mahdi Amin was present on this occasion.
Referring to the DCs’ proposals and discussions, the Education Minister said, “There is no sports ground, then there is no examination hall (examination center). We have taken a project this time, we will make a “multipurpose examination hall” in each upazila.
Ehsanul Haque said about the various proposals of DCs, “Our Ministry of Education has a lot of problems (problems). Every problem they (the DCs) have addressed (handled). The beauty (significance) of it is that they have addressed what they have seen from the field.
The Education Minister also said that the DCs have given new plans. For example, students, parents, examiners—all are restless to get GPA-5, get out of it, etc. He said that every proposal of DCs is acceptable.
In response to a question regarding the written proposal of the DCs to bring madrasas under the policy by formulating a policy for setting up Qaumi Madrasas, the Education Minister said that he has sat with the representatives of Qaumi Madrasas. Talked about the equivalence of their degrees.
