In Kushtia regular examinees are given questions of irregular examinees

In Daulatpur Government Pilot Secondary School Center of Kushtia, 17 students were examined in SSC first day Bengali first paper examination with 2025 syllabus (irregular) question papers. After 1 hour 5 minutes new question paper of regular examinee is given. Students are in trouble as only half an hour extra time is given as compensation.
This incident has created a lot of anger among students and parents. Central secretary and two room inspectors have been relieved of duty as an immediate measure to confirm the truth of the incident. Daulatpur Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Anindya Guha confirmed this information in Prothom Alo.
According to the upazila administration, candidates and related sources, after the examination, the room inspector Baharul Islam, assistant teacher of Balirdiyar secondary school and Rasheda Khatun, assistant teacher of Bhurkapara secondary school, provided the 2025 question papers to 17 students. After 1 hour 5 minutes the students realized the matter and immediately informed the invigilators and asked them to change the question. About an hour after the incident, new question papers were provided but only 30 minutes extra time was given against the one hour time wasted. After the examination, when the students came out of the center and informed their parents about it, they were furious. The students started crying.
Daulatpur upazila executive officer Anindya Guha immediately attended the center after learning about the matter. He spoke to the victim students and teachers present to verify the truth of the incident. After getting the evidence of the incident, he contacted the examination controller of Jessore Education Board and immediately relieved Central Secretary Yar Ali, room inspector Baharul Islam and Rasheda Khatun from all examination-related duties.
UNO said, after talking to the board, the roll numbers of those students have been sent to the respective board. In this incident, the immediate concerned room inspector and central secretary have been relieved from all examination-related duties.
Regarding the incident, Central Secretary Yar Ali said, “This mistake was made due to carelessness during the distribution of question papers. We tried to take action as soon as we came to know about it. It was an unintended mistake, but I respect the decision taken by the administration.”
Out of 17 students, 14 students are from Nasir Uddin Biswas School and College. Mokhlesur Rahman, the head teacher of that institution said, “This is an extreme injustice to the future of the students. Every minute is very important to a candidate. This situation has arisen today because of the irresponsibility of room inspectors. Compensation of only half an hour after an hour was lost is not acceptable in any way, which has created a lot of stress on the students.
