The Prime Minister unveiled the nameplate of Bogra City Corporation

Prime Minister Tariq Rahman unveiled the nameplate of Bogra City Corporation. He unveiled this plaque at Bogra Municipal Building on Monday afternoon.
Prime Minister Tariq Rahman is on a day-long visit to Bogra today. He left for Bogra by road from his Gulshan residence in Dhaka at 6:10 this morning. He reached Bogra Circuit House at 9:58 AM. At this time, Deputy Commissioner of Bogra Toufiqur Rahman welcomed the Prime Minister with flowers.
This is Tariq Rahman’s first visit to his district Bogra after taking charge as Prime Minister. His wife Zubaida Rahman is with him as a travel companion.
After resting at Bogra Circuit House, Prime Minister Tariq Rahman inaugurated the newly constructed building of the District Lawyers’ Association (Bar Association) at the District Judge’s Court premises and formally inaugurated the e-bailbond (online filing of bail) program simultaneously across the country in the district and sessions judge’s conference rooms. Later he unveiled the inaugural plaque of ‘Bogra City Corporation’ at Bogra Municipal Building.
After that, the Prime Minister will go to Bagbari village of Gabtali Upazila, his ancestral home by road. There, Ziaur Rahman will visit the village hospital and inaugurate the measles-rubella vaccination campaign.
Later, Prime Minister Bagbari will officially inaugurate the family card distribution program at the Shaheed Zia Degree College grounds. After that, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the excavation of Chowkirdah Canal, which passes by Bagbari village. The Prime Minister will leave for Bogra by road after visiting his father Vita Ziabari.
In the afternoon, the Prime Minister will address the public meeting organized by the district BNP at the historic Altafunnesa playground in Bogra town as the chief guest.
The Prime Minister will inaugurate the newly constructed Bogra Press Club building at 6:30 pm. Apart from this, he will inaugurate the reconstruction work of Baitur Rahman Central Mosque. At six in the evening, the Prime Minister will leave for Dhaka by road. On his way back he will halt at the Rural Development Academy (RDA) in Bogra.
