An unidentified man died late Thursday night after falling from the fifth floor of the Finlay Square shopping complex in the port city of Chattogram. The incident occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m., prompting an immediate response from emergency personnel who transported the victim to the Chattogram Medical College Hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

According to witness accounts, the man had been seen walking near the “Mobile Zone” on the fifth floor shortly before the shopping center closed for the evening. Several observers reported seeing him standing near a railing after most other visitors had departed. Preliminary accounts from store employees suggest the man may have fallen after leaning against the railing, though the precise circumstances of the incident remain under investigation.
