Abdul Jabbar’s historic Balikhela and Baisakhi fair of Chittagong is starting next Friday. Volleyball will be next Saturday. This is the 117th season of Jabbar Balikhela. As the SSC exam is on April 26, the fair has been asked to end early on that day. On the occasion of the fair, security measures have been taken by the police including setting up a watch tower.

Shaukat Anwar Badal, general secretary of the organizing committee and grandson of Abdul Jabbar Saudagar, highlighted various aspects of Balikhela in the press conference.
