Garbage bills are different in different areas of Dhaka North City. However, as per the guidelines of the City Corporation, the garbage bill will not exceed Rs 100 per month. During the regime of Awami League (now banned) government, the ward councilors along with the leaders and workers of the party used to collect garbage from houses. Now some BNP leaders and workers have taken control of the dirty trade.
