A local businessman died Tuesday evening after being struck by a train in the Mathbaria area of Feni’s Dharmapur union. The incident occurred on the Dhaka-Chittagong railway line as the Dhaka-bound Mahanagar Godhuli express, originating from Chittagong, passed through the district.

According to railway police, the victim, identified as Mohammad Hossain, was struck while near the Deyanganj rail crossing.
