Southern cinema industry actress Tamannaah Bhatia’s popularity is high now. His brand value is increasing along with his fame. Recently, the actress got into some trouble due to a legal battle with a soap manufacturing company. Tamannaah claimed compensation of Rs 1 crore for using the picture even after the expiry of the contract, which was dismissed by the Madras High Court.

The actress complained, approached the court seeking compensation of Rs. Earlier on October 7, 2008, Tamannaah Bhatia signed a big contract of Rs 6.2 crore with the concerned soap manufacturing company. According to that agreement, her image was allowed to be used on the packaging of the soap until October 6, 2009. Tamannaah Bhatia said that the use of her picture without permission has tarnished her professional image in public. He demanded a compensation of Rs 1 crore from the concerned company due to its ‘illegal’ use. 

The company was once forced to remove Tamannaah’s promotion due to public dissatisfaction with the promotion of the ad. The Madras High Court took a close look at the compensation plea of ​​the actress. The judge said in his judgment that the documents and arguments presented by the actress in support of the compensation claim are not sufficient or reasonable. As a result, the court directly rejected Tamannaah’s claim for compensation of one crore rupees.
