Salman Khan Jokes About Age While Fending Off Paparazzi

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has unleashed a scathing attack on entertainment journalists and especially photojournalists on social media following a contentious encounter outside a hospital. The actor, known for his candid online presence, expressed his fury after paparazzi mobbed him during a private visit.
The incident unfolded on Tuesday evening when Khan was at a hospital to visit a close acquaintance. Upon his arrival, a crowd of photographers reportedly surrounded him, shouting questions about his upcoming film, ‘Matrubhoomi’. A video of the chaotic scene, showing a visibly agitated Khan, has since circulated widely on social media platforms.
In a strongly worded post, Khan warned against future such incidents. “If I ever see any media personnel making a mockery of my pain outside a hospital again, the consequences will not be good,” he wrote. He also alluded to his past support for the media, stating, “This is the same media whose side I have always stood by, spoken to, taken care of, and ensured they could also earn their livelihood.”
The actor’s message escalated into a direct threat. “Next time, try doing this to me during my brother’s time of sorrow. Just try once,” he challenged. He questioned their empathy, asking, “When someone from your own is in the hospital, would I behave like that?” Khan concluded with a menacing reminder of his physical prowess, “I am 60 years old now, but I haven’t forgotten how to fight, keep that in mind. What will you do, send me to jail? Haha!”
Despite the controversy, Khan’s professional calendar remains busy. He is currently working on a new high-budget film project tentatively titled ‘SVC63’, produced by Dil Raju and directed by Vamshi Paidipally. This venture will mark his first collaboration with South Indian actress Nayanthara.
