Bangladeshi national shot dead in Saudi Arabias Taif city

A Bangladeshi national was shot and killed in the Saudi Arabian city of Taif on Sunday, according to his family. The victim has been identified as Kamrul Zaman.
Family members reported that the incident occurred early Sunday morning while Zaman was speaking with his wife, Halima Begum, over a mobile phone.
According to his wife, the communication was abruptly cut off after she heard her husband scream in distress. She stated that while she was listening on the other end of the line, she heard Zaman cry out “Ma, Ma” before the call disconnected.
Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal shooting.
