Dhaka Metropolitan Police Transfers Officers in Charge of Tejgaon and Paltan Stations

The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has transferred the officers-in-charge (OCs) of two police stations, citing administrative reasons. The directive mandates their reassignment to the DMP’s central reserve office, headquarters, and administration division.
The order was issued on Saturday and signed by DMP Commissioner Mosleh Uddin Ahmed.
The affected officers are Kyashainyu Marma, officer-in-charge of Tejgaon Police Station, and Mohammad Mostofa Kamal Khan, officer-in-charge of Paltan Model Police Station. Both officials hold the rank of unarmed police inspector.
According to the official notification, the transfers and new assignments are effective retroactively from August 22.
