Saba Pataudi dismisses rumors of Kareena Kapoor Khan’s pregnancy as baseless speculation

Speculation regarding Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor’s potential third pregnancy has been dismissed as baseless following viral social media rumors sparked by a gym video.

The rumors surfaced on August 22, 2026, after users on various social media platforms claimed that a video of the actress appeared to reveal a “baby bump.” While Kapoor did not issue a formal statement, the reports were quickly refuted by an industry insider who confirmed to the Hindustan Times that the actress is not pregnant.

Saba Pataudi, the sister of actor Saif Ali Khan, addressed the speculation on Instagram, criticizing the rapid and unfounded conclusions drawn by the public. Posting the viral footage to her stories, Pataudi attributed the visual discrepancy to camera angles and lighting, noting that the actress has appeared fit and healthy at numerous recent public events.

Pataudi further requested that the public respect the privacy of individuals and cease the spread of unsubstantiated rumors. Adopting a lighthearted tone, she joked that she has been trying to convince her sister, Soha Ali Khan, to have a second child, adding that she would have been more enthusiastic if the gossip had concerned her.
