In an exchange via WhatsApp, Farooki clarified that his current trip is strictly professional and consistent with his long-standing career as a filmmaker. He emphasized that he maintained an active professional life well before his brief tenure as a government advisor, a role that frequently necessitated international travel.
Farooki stated that his movements remain governed by his work commitments rather than any intention to abandon his domestic ties. He noted that traveling for professional obligations and returning upon their completion has been his standard practice for years, and he expects his current visit to follow that established pattern.
