Among the 9 children who died with measles symptoms in the last 24 hours, 3 each in Dhaka and Sylhet divisions. Apart from this, one person each died in Chittagong, Mymensingh and Khulna divisions. As districts, Dhaka and Moulvibazar have the highest number of deaths, two each.
In the last 24 hours, the number of suspected measles cases in the country was 1 thousand 264. During this period, 1 thousand 115 people were admitted to the hospital and 1 thousand 110 people were discharged from the hospital. 73 people have been diagnosed with measles in the last 24 hours.

According to department wise data, the maximum number of 544 suspected measles patients have been detected in Dhaka division in the last 24 hours. Then 230 in Chittagong and 147 in Barisal. Dhaka division has the highest number of confirmed measles cases, 54.
