A team of RAB-4 arrested three people with foreign firearms and drugs in a raid in Savar Upazila of Dhaka. On Sunday night, they were arrested in a raid in West Rajashan area of ​​the upazila.

The arrested persons are Sumon Mia (38) of Chandpur, Sabuj Islam (26) of Dinajpur and Zahurul Hasan (20) of Dhaka. Company Commander and Additional Superintendent of Police Shahinur Kabir gave this information in a press conference at CPC-2 Nabinagar camp of RAB-4 on Monday afternoon.

Shahinur Kabir said that a team of RAB-4 conducted a raid at the intersection of Milestone School in Paschim Rajashan area on Sunday night. There, 1 illegal foreign pistol, 3 magazines and 21 bullets were recovered after searching the body of tea shopkeeper Suman Mia. Later Sumon’s associates Sabuj Islam and Zahurul Hasan were arrested. 5 grams of heroin, 1 kg of ganja and 146 yaba were recovered from them.
