Popular actress is cheating expatriate youth to embezzle 9 crore rupees

Telugu actress and Bigg Boss star Ashu Reddy is in trouble for allegedly extorting around 93.5 million Indian rupees from an NRI expatriate youth on the promise of marriage. When Ashu Reddy appealed to the Telangana High Court seeking quashing of the FIR filed by the Hyderabad Police, the court sought detailed information from the state government about the case.

London-based software engineer YV Dharmendra’s father Satyanarayan alleged that between 2018 and 2025 Dharmendra had an affair with Ashu Reddy. At that time, Ashu Reddy bought 5 kg of gold, a luxury car and several flats from the young man on the promise of marriage, all of which were registered in the name of the actress. Dharmendra claims that he has submitted to the police the proof of transactions of more than 9 crore rupees. Ashu Reddy’s sister has also been accused in this case. However, Ashu Reddy has denied all the allegations in the court application. He claimed that the young man spent this money voluntarily and of his own accord to win the hearts of his family. There was no coercion or trickery here. He alleged that this case was filed to tarnish his image.

Recently, an audio clip went viral on social media, where Ashu Reddy can be heard promising to return Rs 1.5 crore. The court fixed May 4 as the next date of hearing in the case. The court is also keeping an eye on whether the investigation will continue till then.
