Prime Minister Tariq Rahman said, "Leaders of a secret political party are warning us. I will tell them, look at your own room first. Some of their members are abusing women. The investigation is going on. So I will not comment. However, people say that one of their leaders was not satisfied with just torture. He has ended a person's life.

He said this at a rally organized to mark the inauguration of the 'Muhuri-Kahua Flood Control' project at Ghatghar Muhuri Bridge area of ​​Parashuram, Feni today at 3:30 pm on Thursday. Earlier, he reached Feni at two o'clock in the afternoon. Later, Muhuri-Kahua inaugurated the flood control and irrigation project at half past two.

Referring to Jamaat-e-Islami, Prime Minister Tariq Rahman said that they won some seats by misleading people in the February 12 elections. After that, the catch is known. They are plotting to create anarchy in the country. Everyone knows what their role was in 1971, how they tortured their mother and sister. They have now again chosen the path of anarchy and oppression of women.

The activist has been missing, murdered and tortured for 17 years. Now is the time to continue the democratic process of the country and answer these anarchists and conspirators.

The prime minister said, 'The work of re-dredging Muhuri and Kahua rivers has started. Two-and-a-half years ago there was a big flood here. The water flowed over this bridge in that flood. Our initiative is to prevent such floods. This is our election promise.

Prime Minister Tariq Rahman said, 'Canal and river digging program was started by Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman. BNP is advancing this program because it does politics for the people of the country. If this project is implemented, about four-and-a-half lakh people of this area will be directly benefited. Farmer brothers can build their irrigation facilities on about 34 thousand hectares of land. As a result, the production of crops will be more than one lakh metric tons. If the crop production is high, the farmer will get profit. If the production of crops is more, we will be able to keep the prices low in the country, we will be able to keep it within the purchasing power of common people.

The Prime Minister said that as per the election promise, the government has waived the farmers' agricultural loans up to 10 thousand taka. The government has spent 15 thousand crore rupees. But as a result about 1.3 million farmers have benefited all over Bangladesh.

The Prime Minister said, "We want to deliver the family card to the mothers of every family in rural areas and cities in all of Bangladesh." The program will be launched today in Feni, I will go to hand over family cards to mothers and sisters. The purpose of this family card is to gradually make the mothers of working families self-reliant. Similarly, farmers will also be given agricultural cards.

Apart from the economic development of the people of the country, the Prime Minister also emphasized on health care. He said that BNP will convert every upazila hospital in Bangladesh to 50 to 150 beds within the next five years, so that the local people can get the necessary treatment, dialysis, child and maternal care easily.
