What time is the congregation at the National Eidgah, what will happen in bad weather, said the Islamic Foundation

On the holy day of Eid-ul-Azhar (Thursday, May 28) the Eid congregation will be held at the National Eidgah Maidan in the capital around 7:30 am. This information was informed in a press release on behalf of the Islamic Foundation.

According to the notification, Khatib Mufti Muhammad Abdul Malek of National Mosque Baitul Mukarram will lead the Eid congregation at the National Eidgah.

At this time, special prayers will be held for the significance of the holy Eid-ul-Azhar, unity of the Muslim Ummah, peace, prosperity and welfare of the country and nation.

If the weather is bad and because of this it is not possible to organize the Jamaat at the National Eidgah, the main Eid Jamaat will be held at the National Masjid Baitul Mukarram at 8 am.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Islamic Foundation have requested Muslims to attend the Jamaat on time.

For the convenience of the worshippers, all preparations have been made in coordination with the concerned organizations to provide necessary security and azure in the National Eidgah area.
