The video, which surfaced on a Facebook page named “GMC Center” on Tuesday, shows a young man identified as Shakil, a resident of Kotalipara upazila, dousing himself in milk to symbolically purge his support for the Brazilian national team.
Surrounded by friends who actively participated in the spectacle, Shakil declared that he was abandoning Brazil due to long-standing frustrations regarding the team’s recent performance. During the recording, he lamented that he could no longer tolerate the constant mockery from rival supporters, particularly the taunts referencing Brazil’s historical successes rather than contemporary achievements. As the milk was poured over him, Shakil joked that he was washing away his “sins” and invited two of his friends to join him in his new-found loyalty to Argentina.
