During this period, the most—5 children died in Dhaka division. In this regard, since March 15, a total of 216 children have died due to measles symptoms in the country. During this period, 43 children died after being diagnosed with measles.
The Department of Health has given this information in its measles report on Sunday. It is said that in the last 24 hours (Saturday 8 am to Sunday 8 am), 5 children died in Dhaka division, 1 child in Sylhet division and 1 child in Rajshahi division due to measles symptoms.

According to the information of the Department of Health, since March 15 of this year, 32 thousand 028 children have developed symptoms of measles. During this period, 21 thousand 434 children were admitted to the hospital with symptoms of measles. However, among these children, 17 thousand 955 children have returned home from the hospital.
The Department of Health has also mentioned that 4,603 children have been diagnosed with measles in the country since March 15.
