The actor finalized the acquisition of the remaining portions of the building for approximately 370 million rupees. While the Khan family previously held partial ownership of the structure, this latest transaction grants them complete control over the premises. The move follows a similar investment made last year by the couple’s son, Aryan Khan, who purchased several floors within the same building.
