Veteran Indian singer Heimanti Shukla is devastated by the news of Asha Bhosle’s death.

Legendary Asha Bhosle, the popular musician of the subcontinent is no more. He was 92 years old. He breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai on Sunday (April 12). Doctors said that he suffered a cardiac arrest on Saturday.

After Lata Mangeshkar, her sister Asha’s passing seemed to end a golden era in Indian music history. A star of the music world has fallen. The entire country is stunned by the news of the death of the legendary musician Asha Bhosle, who passed away in eternal sleep. 

Heimanti Shukla said, I can’t think that there is no more hope. On that day, he came from abroad to perform the ceremony. I know age is a big factor. After Latadi’s departure, Ashadi was a great hope for all of us. Today it seems that the umbrella has been removed from the head.

Asha Bhosle has given thousands of songs in more than 20 languages ​​for more than seven decades. He has been honored with everything from National Film Awards to Dadasaheb Phalke and Padma Vibhushan honors. His songs like ‘Dum Maro Dum’, ‘Chura Liya Hai Tumne’ or the Bengali song ‘Aaj Ae Dintake’ are equally popular even today.
