Police in Mymensingh have arrested a 61-year-old farmer following the alleged rape of a nine-year-old primary school student in Gafargaon. The suspect, identified as Samir Uddin, was taken into custody on Friday evening after local authorities intervened in an attempted extrajudicial settlement.
