In order to reduce the suffering of long queues at petrol pumps amid the ongoing fuel crisis, online-based company ‘Seba XYZ’ has launched a new service. In this service called ‘Fuel Refueling Driver Service’, the hired driver will take the car and stand in line at the pump to fill up the fuel on behalf of the customer.

Discussions have started on social media about the service. Many see it as a reflection of the reality of the crisis, while others raise questions about safety and accountability, particularly the risk of handing over private cars to unknown drivers.

According to Seva XYZ, waiting for hours to fill the tank has a major impact on daily life. They have launched the service in this context. The company says they started receiving regular calls and messages from their existing customers, especially those who already use the on-demand driver service. Customer experiences were real and personal. Someone said he had to take leave from office just to stand in the fuel line. Another said his driver stood in line at the pump all night and was forced to drive again the next day without rest. Many families report their daily schedules are crumbling, and even transportation costs are rising. Because the cars are stuck in the line for hours.

However, the company also said that the service is temporary. If the fuel supply is normal, the need for this service will also decrease.
