Relief minister suddenly sick at Syedpur airport, preparations to take him to Dhaka by air ambulance

Disaster Management and Relief Minister Asadul Habib Dulu suddenly fell ill at Saidpur Airport in Nilphamari. He will be taken to Dhaka by air ambulance for better treatment. Syedpur district BNP president Abdur Gafur Sarkar confirmed the matter on Saturday afternoon.

It is known that the minister reached Syedpur by air from Dhaka in the morning to go on a two-day visit to his district Lalmonirhat. While talking to leaders and workers at the airport, he suddenly felt dizzy and uncomfortable. He was immediately taken to the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Syedpur Cantonment. There doctors provide first aid. Later, an initiative was taken to send him to Dhaka by a 12:00 noon flight, but it was not possible due to his deteriorating physical condition. Considering the situation, it was decided to transfer to Dhaka by air ambulance.

Airport manager AKM Bahauddin Zakaria said that the air ambulance from Dhaka has already left for Syedpur. On arrival, the minister will be taken to the capital.
