Don’t get confused by the activities of fraudsters and don’t do financial transactions: ISPR

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said fraudsters are carrying out criminal activities in various districts of the country using the name of the Ministry of Defence. So everyone is requested not to get confused by such activities of fraudsters and not to do any kind of financial transactions.
The ISPR made this request in a notification today on Tuesday. According to the notification, a fraudster using the name of the Ministry of Defense has been accusing several people in different districts of the country of criminal activities by issuing false and bogus legal notices and threatening jail-fines and punishments.

The notification also said that there is no department/branch/cell called Law Enforcement Division and Crime Unit Cell in the Ministry of Defense and such activities are not conducted in the Ministry of Defense. Legal action has already been taken against the fraudsters. ISPR has requested everyone not to be confused by such activities of fraudsters and refrain from financial transactions.
