Law Minister said that ‘Mob is a reaction of the people’ or Mob is the reaction of the people. Asaduzzaman. The Law Minister said this in response to questions from journalists at a briefing on the premises of the International Criminal Tribunal on Monday afternoon.
Asaduzzaman met with the prosecution team of the tribunal for the first time after taking charge as the law minister. He spoke to reporters after the meeting.

In response, the law minister said, “Mob is not systematic or widespread”. Mob is a reaction of the people. And if it falls within ordinary crime, it will be dealt with according to ordinary law. If you go to that judgement, many things will come up behind it. Then any freedom struggle, any mass uprising, any revolution will be disrespected by you.’

In response, the law minister said that if the budget is not raised in the session, it will be raised in the next session. A consultation meeting on the Human Rights Commission Act and the Disappearance Act has been called on May 17. These will be brought forward periodically in due course.
