Bail granted to Shireen Sharmin Chowdhury in Lalbagh police case

The court has granted bail to the former speaker of Jatiya Sangsad Shirin Sharmin Chowdhury in the case filed at the capital’s Lalbagh police station on charges of violence, vandalism and attempted murder during the mass uprising.
Last Tuesday, the court rejected Shirin Sharmin Chowdhury’s remand application in this case and ordered him to be sent to jail.
