The body of a middle-aged man was found with both hands tied behind his back to a tree. He was wearing pants, but no shirt, and had pockmarks on his chest. A severed head lay at the corpse’s feet. This is the case of Gafargaon in Mymensingh. Police are yet to identify the deceased.

According to police sources, local people found the dead body in Shahakanda Vita area of ​​Dari Charbaria village of Mashakhali union in Gafargaon upazila around 9 am today. After receiving the information, the police of Pagla police station went to the spot.

Local residents believe that the person was killed by being caught from somewhere and tied to a tree.
